    The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited, to the following: - Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports. - Perform account reconciliations and analyses, prepares journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles. - Analyze and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial position. - Involvement in the monthly/quarterly 'close' process. - Prepare documentation in support of external and internal audits. - Review the work of others.

    • Execute Vendor Risk Assessments. • Review vendor supplied policies and procedures, internal risk assessment results, vulnerability assessment / penetration testing reports, network topology, internal / external audit reports, security exhibits and provide timely feedback. • Prepare assessment reports and executive summaries with recommendations and direction regarding remediation effort and disposition of the third party. • Prepare metrics for tracking the status of vendor assessments. • Maintain budget and schedule of third party vendor assessment. • Should be able to manage assessment independently with minimal supervision. • Experience in examining the SAS 70 / SSAE audit report. • Suggest changes for process improvement. • Train and mentor other colleagues on the program. • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills. • Good hands on experience on MS Word and Excel. • Minimum 20-25% of travel required
